2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website. However, please note that slight variations may occur due to factors such as screen settings and manufacturing processes.

3. Ordering and Payment

Placing an Order: When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic funds transfer. Payment is required at the time of order placement.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Standard Delivery
25$ Ground shipping on all US orders. All other orders, please see details below.
For orders over $800, we offer complimentary shipping.

Overnight – $29.99
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12 PM EST. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 12 PM EST through Friday at 12 PM EST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11 AM EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska or Hawaii.
International ShippingIf you are outside of the United States, please call our Naples Florida store at (239) 919-8091 or email  shannon@shannongreen.com to arrange for an international shipment.

5. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund on orders under $750 within 14 days, provided the merchandise is accompanied by your original receipt. Any orders over $750 will be given store credit.

All sale merchandise is final sale. All special orders are final sale. All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please call (239) 919-8091 to obtain a return authorization number. Once you receive an RA number, you may send the returned merchandise with the original receipt to:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shannon Green Collection cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. We, therefore, suggest that you insure all parcels. Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing cycles. Your refund will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
